Pick the correct table tile
For a combined table, dirty plates appear on the last-placed tile, the one showing the seating number. Put the collecting Grabber’s back against that tile and point its output into the washing line. Replace table tiles during preparation if you need to move the plate-spawn location.
Build the washing loop
- Collect from the main table tile. Dirty plates can enter a Dish Rack buffer or go directly to a Soaking Sink.
- A Soaking Sink washes automatically without holding Interact. A basic dirty plate takes about 6.67 seconds. It cannot provide recipe water.
- Put a Grabber at its exit and use Conveyors or rotating transport to return clean plates to the plate stack, or to a designated clean-plate accepting assembly point.
- In Practice Mode, check the whole sequence: customers finish, dirty plates leave, the table becomes available, plates get clean and the supply is replenished.
A normal Grabber waits for the sink’s cleaning process to finish before pulling. If mixed items could reach a shared point, use an appropriate Smart Grabber filter. Start with a short return route; Teleporters are a later alternative.
Find the bottleneck
Higher turnover can saturate the collecting Grabber before the sinks themselves. Separate collection lines for several busy tables, or additional exits from a Dish Rack, may help. A demonstration using four sinks is not a guarantee for every restaurant or overtime group count.
Wash Basin cleans up to four plates in a batch but requires a player to Interact. It is not interchangeable with the automatic Soaking Sink.
Check the main table, arrow directions, full clean-plate supply and item states when the line blocks. Picky Eater leftovers, bones and used Serving Boards need their own handling or sorting; an ordinary dirty-plate path does not make them disappear.
