Enable Chill
Finishing Day 15 with a dish unlocks Chill for that dish. Alternatively, Settings can enable Chill cards for all available dishes, so new players do not need to beat normal difficulty first.
After unlocking a dish, select it in Headquarters and use its Heat/Chill selector to choose a negative Chill level. Check the cards before beginning: Heat adds challenges, while Chill reduces the pressure. For the Settings route, find the Chill option. A public preview placed the all-dishes toggle under Accessibility; that old submenu is not a permanent path for every release.
What each level changes
| Level | Name | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Chill 1 | Easy Street | 100% more money and extra shop blueprints |
| Chill 2 | Friendly Faces | Double patience and 30% fewer customers |
| Chill 3 | Purrvana | Cat customers; the restaurant will never be shut down |
Higher levels include the lower levels’ changes.
Choose for your goal
Chill 1 can make equipment purchases easier while learning automation. Move to Chill 2 if service is still too demanding. Chill 3 allows experiments without a patience failure ending the restaurant.
These are choices based on the card effects, not a ranking from timed tests. Chill does not prepare recipes for you, guarantee a particular blueprint, or turn unfinished food into a valid order.
